Event Registration

Attendees must provide accurate and complete information when submitting an event registration.

• The name, email address, mobile number and other required registration information must be valid.
• TEKSHOT may contact registered attendees regarding their registration, payment, ticket, event updates, venue information and other event-related matters.
• Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in registration or entry issues.

Tickets & Entry

A confirmed event ticket is required for admission to Entrepreneur Awards 2026 where ticketed entry applies.

• Each issued individual ticket may contain a unique ticket identifier and QR code.
• A ticket may be validated at the event entrance before entry is permitted.
• Each individual entry ticket is intended for one-time admission unless otherwise expressly stated.
• A ticket that has already been checked in may be shown as used and may not be accepted for another entry.
• Attendees are responsible for keeping their ticket and QR code secure and should not publicly share or reproduce them.

Payment

Where a registration requires payment, the applicable ticket price and payment details will be displayed during the registration and checkout process.

• A registration requiring payment is considered confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Payment transactions may be processed through an authorised third-party payment gateway.
• TEKSHOT does not require attendees to provide payment card credentials directly through email or messaging.
• If a transaction fails or remains incomplete, the registration may remain pending until payment is successfully completed and verified.

Cancellation & Refunds

Tickets purchased for Entrepreneur Awards 2026 are generally final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

Attendee-requested cancellations, inability to attend, travel changes or other personal circumstances do not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, eligible ticket holders will be informed about the applicable refund process.

Event Changes

Event programmes may require changes due to operational, venue, speaker, safety or other circumstances.

TEKSHOT reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to modify the event schedule, sessions, speakers, programme, venue arrangements or other event elements.

Where there is a significant change affecting registered attendees, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate updated information using the contact details provided during registration.

Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards guests, speakers, organisers, event staff and other attendees.

The organiser may refuse or withdraw entry where necessary for safety, security, serious misconduct, fraudulent ticket use or material violation of event rules.

Photography, Video & Media

Photography, videography and other media recording may take place during Entrepreneur Awards 2026.

Event photographs and recordings may be used for event documentation, news coverage, promotional material, websites, social media and future event communications, subject to applicable law.

Personal Information

Personal information submitted during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable requirements.

Registration information may be used where necessary for registration management, payment confirmation, ticket delivery, attendee communication, entry verification and event administration.

Third-Party Services

The event website may use third-party services such as payment gateways, email delivery providers, hosting providers or other technology services necessary to operate registration and event services.

Such third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Limitation of Responsibility

Attendees remain responsible for their personal travel, accommodation, transportation, belongings and other arrangements associated with attending the event unless specifically stated otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TEKSHOT will not be responsible for losses arising solely from an attendee's personal travel disruption, failure to attend, loss of personal belongings or circumstances outside the organiser's reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated where necessary to reflect event, operational, legal or service changes.

The latest version published on the official event website will apply from its stated effective or updated date, subject to applicable law.
